Christy is truly an amazing agent! She made me so comfortable and made me feel like a good friend. She communicates very well. I never felt left out. She was extremely honest and kept me informed through the entire process of selling my condo. She walked the condo and even notified me of an issue I needed to get repaired immediately before placing it on the market. She was a pleasure to work with. Christy is an outstanding agent! She is very efficient, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of her trade. Our time in Ormond Beach was very limited. We needed to see 10 properties in one day, but that was no problem for Christy. She was very in tune with our preferences and managed to find our new home on day one. After our inspection she successfully negotiated a pricey repair in our favor. We also had to close remotely as well, but Christy made the process seamless. She really went above and beyond. We weren't familiar with Ormond Beach, but after a brief conversation, Christy zeroed in quickly on our preferences. She is truly hands on in all respects, going above and beyond the call of duty. She will help clients in all respects of the buying process. She will help sellers understand underwriter conditions to keep the deal going to get to the closing table. She will help the Loan Officers get needed documents when all other avenues have failed. She will hold all parties accountable to what they promise. In a nutshell she gives 110% to get the deal closed, failure is not an option. I look forward to working with Christy in the future.

Christy is amazing to work with! I’ve only moved into a home I’m purchasing a handful of times over the years. I’ve always selected the home to purchase based on the feeling when I walked in – as in walk in and can immediately imagine where my furniture goes and how I will use the space. My husband and I decided to move to Ormond Beach, not only did I know nothing about the area, I also knew I wouldn’t be able to walk into any potential home. That was a little scary! We were blessed to have Christy as our agent! She got to know us and what was important to each of us. Christy did video tours and talked about the area where the homes were located. We picked a home, made an offer, and at the last possible minute backed out due to the inspections. She was cool as a cucumber and took it all in stride as we started hunting again! Once we found another home (the perfect one for us), Christy did more video tours, handled inspections, and even did the final walk through for us! We trusted her completely to handle all this on our behalf. Christy is an absolute joy to work with! I highly recommend working with her for all your buying and selling needs!

I am 64 years old and have moved a total of 13 times over the years. I have had some good realtors and some not so good realtors. But 13 seems to be a lucky number. We found Christy Reuter! She is the absolute best realtor that I have ever had. Very knowledgeable on every aspect of purchasing a home. We were not local to the Ormond Beach area so Christy would do virtual walk throughs with us. The first home we were interested in fell through because of a bad septic system. But Christy helped us move on and we finally found our dream home. Everything we wanted in a home. Christy helped us close in record time. This is how detailed Christy is. She made sure we had the garage door remotes and the fan remotes. I can’t say enough good things about Christy. I recommend her highly for your home buying and selling needs.

I started working with Mrs. Reuter and that’s the best thing that I could have done for help in my search for my new home. She is very on hands and makes sure that you understand everything that involves the home that you want. Hands down she is perfect for your new home search.

Christy is an amazing person and very, very good real estate agent!! My wife and I met Christy initially through our search for land / empty lot to build our vacation / retirement home on. After learning from us what we were looking for location and neighborhood-wise she was able to find a perfect piece of land that met all of our wants and needs. After reviewing all the factors to go the land purchase and building process, the costs and timing for building versus buying were not what we hoped so we ended up switching gears to looking for an existing house for sale. Christy didn't hesitate to again get a full wish-list from us and set up an algorithm search to email us all the homes for sale that met most if not all of that list. Since we were coming from out of state and not local, we relied heavily on Christy. When we would find a home we liked and were interested in seeing, Christy would arrange her schedule with ours to do virtual showings by walking us through each house during a video call. In the end through her efforts, we were able to find our perfect home! After we found the house, then the real work began. Since we were moving to Florida from out of state and had a home there to sell first we did not have the in market knowledge for our house purchase. Christy assisted with helping us find and schedule the home and septic inspections, arranging for additional walk-thru opportunities for me and wife when we could travel down to see the house and be onsite for inspections. Her knowledge and expertise of the home buying and selling process, home insurance, real estate tax, and other aspects of the real estate transaction are extensive. And to round it all out, Christy is just a kind, generous, genuine and professional person who is easy to talk to and have a conversation with regarding just about anything. Just wanted to share with you our wonderful experience working with Christy Reuter. It was a challenge as we were out of town buyers from Cleveland, OH. I've worked with multiple real estate agents in the past, and Christy was by far the most responsive agent I've ever worked with. She rarely didn't pick up when calling and would immediately text me if she was unable to answer her phone. She was always working hard looking for homes for us. Christy was able to provide us great insights into the area. After our first phone call and explaining to her what we were looking for, she told us of a community called Halifax Plantation that she thought would be a great fit for us. She did multiple virtual showings for us, which she did a great job of providing virtual tours and giving us some insights into the area and home. After a couple of weeks of looking at homes, we decided to fly down to look at some homes in person. When we came down for house tours with Christy, we went to look at a house in Halifax Plantation and when we pulled into the community, we immediately knew this is where we wanted to be. Christy was insightful enough to know during our first meeting that this community would be a great fit for us. That is just a testament to her listening to what we were looking for along with having knowledge of the area. I've bought multiple homes with a different agents and Christy was the best agent we've worked with. Christy was just on top of everything, extremely responsive, great knowledge of at the area, and is a hard worker. Would strongly recommend her, especially to out of town buyers. Not only did we find a great agent, but we found a lifelong friend.

Christy was very professional and fun to work with... We felt like we had a friend in Florida looking out for us... We lived in CA and were transferring to Florida, with the time difference it was difficult to find time to communicate during normal business hours... Christy went out of her way to be available past normal business hours and on the weekends to accommodate us... She also was able to do Virtual Tours with us and we were able to make our decision without coming to Florida... Paperwork was handled over the internet, she also scheduled and was available for all the closing procedures that need to be completed (appraisal, inspections). We simply had to make a choice and sign documents... I have and will continue to recommend Christy Reuter to anyone looking to find a home in FL.
